DiveMedic uses the validated SANDHOG criteria, developed in hyperbaric centers, to calculate a symptom-based score. This score categorizes the likelihood of DCI as:

  • Unlikely

  • Possible

  • Probable

Results are based only on the information you provide and do not represent a medical diagnosis. First-aid tips and emergency contact suggestions are provided alongside each result.

3. Important Disclaimer

This tool:

  • Does not require login or identifiable user input

  • May collect anonymous usage statistics to improve performance

5. Geographic Scope

This tool was developed in Australia, following regional clinical guidelines. Users from other regions should consult their local diving medical authority or DAN affiliate.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using DiveMedic, you agree that:
